Peloton strength classes include features like the Movement Tracker, Self Mode, and Body Activity. You’ll get credit for completing exercises, see yourself on screen next to instructors, compare and correct your form, and watch yourself grow stronger over time. Plus, your Peloton Guide is compatible with Apple Watch®, so you can set up one-tap fitness tracking to monitor your heart rate and close your rings. Pay $24 a month for a Guide Membership, which includes access to the entire library of Peloton Guide content for up to five people in your household and access to the Peloton App. For existing All-Access Members, Peloton Guide will be included in your Membership at no additional cost. If you’re an existing App Member, you can upgrade your Membership with the purchase of Peloton Guide. You will be prompted to upgrade your Membership into a Guide Membership on your TV as you’re activating Peloton Guide. Make sure to cancel your current Peloton App Membership to avoid duplicate charges. If you are paying via a third-party platform, make sure to cancel your Membership through the appropriate platform. INTELLIGENT WEIGHT RACK – Guide allows you to enter the free weights you have at home and then tracks the weight you use for each movement in class and over time.
PERSONALIZED CLASS RECOMMENDATIONS – Get class recommendations based on muscles you worked in previous workouts. Plus, access classes created specifically for Peloton Guide, including Floor Bootcamp, Split Programs, and Strength Roll Call.
COMPACT EQUIPMENT – Peloton Guide can sit right under, or mounted to, your anchored TV. You will need about 4 ½ ft x 6 ft of space—about the size of two yoga mats side by side—to move.
SETTING UP – Peloton Guide requires a WiFi connection and a TV with an available HDMI port and 16:9 aspect ratio. Your Peloton Guide will come with a 5-foot HDMI cable and a 5-foot power adapter, which will work in a standard outlet in your home
